We apologize for any confusion created by a letter recently sent to our patients by Aetna/Coventry Health Care regarding “in network status” for Anderson Hospital and Anderson Medical Group patients. The letter you may have received was sent without Anderson Hospital’s knowledge. You should receive a new letter acknowledging Anderson Hospital and Anderson Medical Group Physicians continued participation as “in network” providers.
As noted in the letter you received, if you have questions, please direct those questions to Aetna/Coventry using the Provider Services number on your member ID card.
