Dr. Charles Lane is a general and laparoscopic surgeon in private practice in Maryville, Illinois since 1992. He received his MD degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria. He completed his internship and residency at The Jewish Hospital of St. Louis at Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Lane is Board Certified in General Surgery. He re-certified in 2000 and in 2010. He is a Past-President of Anderson Hospital Medical Staff, and has served on several committees for Anderson Hospital Medical Staff including Credentials and Bylaws.

Gary is a Certified Physician Assistant in private practice in Maryville, Illinois since 1997. He received his B.S. degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Physician Assistant Studies from Trevecca College in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Steinmann received a B.S. degree in Biology and Medical Laboratory Science from Western Illinois University and completed a laboratory medicine residency at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois in 1983.

Mr. Steinmann is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
